Recall Information
|
Welcome to the Delta Enterprise crib recall web site. Together with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we have announced two voluntary actions that we are taking related to several of our cribs produced between 1995 and 2007 that use our drop side trigger lock designs. These actions, which do not require consumers to return any of our products, are meant to ensure the safe use, assembly and function of several of our crib models. Please click here to read the following instructions and descriptions carefully to determine if your crib is part of this effort.
If you determine that it is please, per the CPSC's instructions, stop using your crib until you have received and properly installed the replacement parts or retro-fit kit that we will send to you shortly after completing this form.
For more information please click here.
*If you have any additional questions please email us at questions@DeltaEnterprise.com and we will make every effort to respond in the shortest possible time.
Reminder: please remember not to use any crib with missing, broken, or loose parts. Make sure to tighten hardware from time to time to keep the crib sturdy. When using a drop side crib make sure that the side is in the top locked position every time the child is in the crib. Always check all sides and corners of the crib for disengagement. Any disengagement can create a gap and entrap a child. In addition, do not try to repair any side of the crib, especially with tape, wire or rope.
